Ursula Bohlmann, Peer Gallery
Owing to other commitments, Ursula has recently resigned from Peer Gallery membership. Although we will continue to showcase her artwork on our web site for the next year, her work won't be appearing in the gallery.
Born and raised in Shanghai, she and her parents moved to Germany and then immigrated to Nova Scotia to take up permanent residence. (Click to view Ursula's Gallery).
Ursula always had an interest in painting and in 1988 began to pursue this interest seriously by attending Continuing Education Classes at NSCAD as well as studying with several prominent local artists. As an artist, she believes she needs to be personally involved with her subject matter and to develop an ability to lose herself in her subjects.
