A vacancy at Peer Gallery becomes available only when an artist leaves but we accept applications at any time.  Applications are kept on file.

Our year runs from April 1 to March 31. By November 15 we know if there will be a vacancy the following year. An ad hoc selection committee reviews the applications on file.

A short list is created and interviews may be held. The selection committee presents their recommendations to the co-operative for approval.

A formal invitation is then extended to the prospective artist.

If an application is not successful, the artist may be invited to leave their application on file for review at the next opportunity.
