REMEMBERING SUSAN HUDSON RCA 1941-2026

In March of this year Peer Gallery lost our founder, colleague, dear friend and one of Canada’s finest artists.

This exhibition looks back on Susan’s career from her beginnings as a designer and illustrator, through her masterful etchings and drawings during her tenure as Director and Chair of the Department of Design Art, Faculty of Fine Arts at Concordia University to her colourful paintings produced mostly during her time in Nova Scotia.

Infused with story and symbolism, her many layered art reflects an exploration of the parallel worlds of reality, fantasy and dream. This special exhibition is an ode to the amazing gifts Susan has left the world.
