This new work by by one of Canada’s most notable realist watercolour artists is a feast for the eye and the spirit.

Drawn to the relationship between ocean and land and how time and tide shape our maritime environment, Tom’s landscape paintings depict the landforms and coastal environment of Nova Scotia.

Tom’s interest in landscape painting was initiated by his studies in geology. The cyclical aspect of nature and its mark making inform his work and resonates throughout his magnificently realized landscapes.
